Good day!

We are writing to request permission to conduct a research survey at your

Department - College of Teacher Education. We are currently enrolled as
a Bachelor of Elementary Education Third Year Students in City of
Malabon University. The study is entitled A Comparative study of the use
of Library and Internet as a Source of Information.

We hope that we will allow us to recruit students from the CTE

department to be part of our research study to answer the prepared
questionnaires. The survey will last only about 3 to 5 minutes. Rest
assured that the data gathered will remain confidential and for academic
purposes only. If approval is granted, student participants will complete
the survey via google form.
