inspection:====================** This report has been issued based on the current (2016/2017) integrity programs of External
survey for Damietta piping, vessels & structure external conditions in order to update the status of anomalies and reports the new
findings** A General and Close Visual Inspection were carried out on the items identified in SHIP LOADING /UNLOADING** This
Inspection survey was carried out by IMT Eng. With the below limitations**This anomaly is part of Report # UGDC/D/16/001 Rev. 0
Inspection Limitation ===================** A Close visual inspection was performed from all accessible
areas and General visual inspection has been performed from un-accessible areas.**Still digital photographs were recorded** No
NDE has been performed at the time of inspection. Findings and Inspection Observations=============================1-
The areas highlighted were generally seen to be in serviceable conditions without any obvious signs of damage that would impact
the immanent Integrity of these pressure retaining components2-Paint Failure and Rusted surfaces were noted on piping
Components out of insulation in Metering Skid X-501 Ref. to PID & Pho. Log # ( 13 to 15 )

design/UGDC specification to avoid
spreading of corrosion flakes and maintain
piping integrity
