1. INTRODUCTION

These documents will describes the inspection & test plan (ITP) activities where project requirement
are implemented.

This document is intended for Block – A Gas Development Project, South Aceh - Aceh used only, and
all members who involve in PT Isma Tiur Quality Control shall maintain and implement this IT and
plan painting and coating.

2. PURPOSE AND SCOPE

The purpose of this document is to ensure that all Construction / Installation works are inspected and
tested in accordance with the relevant Codes, Standards, Government Regulations, Procedures and
Project Specifications. This document is generic test plan as guideline for PT Isma Tiur to develop the
specific inspection plan in accordance with contract scope of work.
This document covers inspection and test items and its intervention point of each party for each work
category during construction stage at site of Block A Gas Development Project for Piping.

3. TERM DEFINITION

5. RESPONSIBILITIES

PT Isma Tiur shall be responsible to prepare and submit Inspection & Test Plan (ITP) for Painting and
Coating related to their scope of work to CONTRACTOR for review and approval prior to commence
the construction / installation work.
CONTRACTOR and COMPANY shall be responsible to review and approve the ITP for Painting and
Coating.
When required, PT Isma Tiur ITP for Painting and Coating shall be submitted to MIGAS/
DEPNAKER/ TPIA by COMPANY for determination of their witness or hold points on the inspection
and test items during construction / installation at site.

6. INSPECTION INTERVENTION LEVEL

CONTRACTOR/COMPANY intends to conduct witness inspection/test.
SUBCONTRACTOR shall submit inspection notification to
CONTRACTOR. SUBCONTRACTOR is not allowed to proceed with
the inspection/test unless a written release is issued by
CONTRACTOR.
CONTRACTOR/COMPANY intends to conduct witness inspection/test.
SUBCONTRACTOR shall submit inspection notification to
CONTRACTOR. However SUBCONTRACTOR can proceed with the
inspection/test when CONTRACTOR’s/COMPANY’s inspector is not
present at the notified time.
CONTRACTOR/COMPANY intends to conduct witness inspection/test
by spot/randomly. SUBCONTRACTOR shall submit inspection
notification to CONTRACTOR. However SUBCONTRACTOR can
proceed with the inspection/test when CONTRACTOR’s/COMPANY’s
inspector is not present at the notified time.
Preparation and execution of measurement, observation, examination
or testing and reporting.
SUBCONTRACTOR is requested to submit the documents or
inspection records to CONTRACTOR for review.
SUBCONTRACTOR is not requested to notify the CONTRACTOR /
COMPANY. The CONTRACTOR / COMPANY's Inspector will
