H - HOLD POINT : As notification point, however work may not proceed beyond this point without acceptance or formal waiver from
Inspection Authority ( Client / Owner )
W - WITNESS : Witness of inspection by Client/Owner.Sub-Contractor may proceed with the activity if the Client/Owner is not present
at the scheduled time. Witness point shall be notified.
SW - SPOT WITNESS : Witness of inspection by Client / Owner and done on a spot or random basis
R - REVIEW : Review of applicable documents to ensure compliance with specification.
A - APPROVAL : Approval of documentation ( Procedure, Work instruction, Inspection report, etc. )
