1) She submitted her daily time records and had her professional license authenticated in March.
2) She attended HRH meetings to discuss issues and concerns and endorsed routine reports to a newly assigned colleague.
3) She submitted her resignation letter to the provincial health office as she is leaving her role.
She noted that while health programs are important, the many meetings and seminars compromise health services and recommended providing meeting materials to allow those who cannot attend to still obtain the information. She also recommended additional health staff be deployed to improve program implementation.

II. Major issues and concerns for the month
Implementation of various health programs is a good sign that the community is
healthy. However, because of one after another meetings and seminars for the upcoming health programs cause the health services to be compromised. Video conferencing technology are the best solution for seminars and meetings to prevent direct contact with people during this pandemic, yet, there are still glitches for its efficiency such as poor connection, and some BHS doesn’t have internet connection so they tend to use mobile data which is not cost effective. We all know that health workers are naturally good at multitasking, but attending to clients while attending to meeting or seminar is hard. Moreover, health programs require manpower to proficiently accomplished the health programs. As an NDP, our municipality is still lacking of NDP, the ratio of NDP to barangay is 1:1.6. Also, PHAs would be a great help in the encoding of reports and inventories.

III. Recommendations
I would like to recommend to give copies of slides of the meeting or lecture in
every meeting so that, health workers who cannot afford to attend or missed out the lecture can still have the information. Additional deployment of HRH is highly recommended.
