QUALIFICATION STANDARDS FOR THE POSITION OF EDUCATION

PROGRAM SUPERVISOR

Schools Division / City Superintendents

1. The Civil Service Commission (CSC), under Resolution No. 1000275 dated
November 2, 2010 has approved the qualification standards for the position of Education
Program Supervisor (SG-22) in the Department as follows:

Education: Master's Degree in Education or other relevant Master's

Degree with specific area of specialization

Experience: 2 years as Principal or

2 years as Head Teacher or
2 years as Master Teacher

Training: 8 hours of relevant training

Eligibility: RA 1080 (Teacher)

2. Subsequent appointees to said position should meet the herein newly approved
qualification standards, subject to the guidelines on the appointment and promotion of
other teaching, related teaching and non-teaching positions.

3. Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this Order is directed.
