‘THIRD AMENDMENT ‘TO THE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN ‘THE UNIVERSITY OF TOLEDO AND, JASON CANDLE This THIRD AMENDMENT, effective July 1, 2020 amends the EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT entered into by and among The University of Toledo yy") and Jason Candle (*Coach”) the effective date of which ‘was December 2, 2015 (thi that was thereafter amended effective January 1, 2017 (“First Amendment”), and thereafter amended effective January 1, 2018 (“Second Amendment”). Collectively, the University and Coach will be referred to as the “Parties”. RECITALS. WHEREAS, the Parties have entered into the Agreement and the Parties wish to amend the Agreement as further set forth below. NOW THEREFORE, the Parties agree as follows: AMENDMENT 1. Section 4.1, Annual Base Salary. Effective for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2020 the annual base salary (minus applicable withholdings) will be $450,000, payable in bi-weekly installments in accordance with normal University payroll procedures for administrative unclassified employees. Effective January 1, 2021 the annual base salary (minus applicable withholdings) will increase to $475,000, payable in bi-weekly installments in accordance with normal University payroll procedures for administrative unclassified employees. On July 1, 2021 the annual base salary will retum to the amount as outlined in the SECOND. AMENDMENT. 2. All other provisions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect, it being understood that, in the event of a conflict between the terms of this AMENDMENT and the Agreement, the terms of this AMENDMENT will take precedence, IN WITNI WHEREOF, the parties have executed this AMENDMENT effective as of the date set forth above. ‘THE UNIVERSITY OF TOLEDO THIRD AMENDMENT TO THE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN ‘THE UNIVERSITY OF TOLEDO AND TRICIA CULLOP This AMENDMENT, effective July 1, 2020 amends the EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT entered into by and among The University of Toledo (“the University”) and Tricia Cullop (“Coach”) the effective date of which was April 18, 2017 (the “Agreement”), that was thereafter amended effective July 1, 2018 (“First Amendment”), again amended effective April 12, 2019 (“Second Amendment”) and again amended effective July 15, 2019 (“Restated ‘Second Amendment”). Collectively, the University and Coach will be referred to as the “Parties”. RECITALS WHEREAS, the Parties have entered into the Agreement and the Parties wish to amend the Agreement as further set forth below. NOW THEREFORE, the Parties agree as follows: AMENDMENT 1. Section 4.1, Annual Base Salary. Effective for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2020 the annual base salary (aminus applicable withholdings) will be $297,000, payable in bi-weekly installments in accordance with normal University payroll procedures for administrative unclassified employees. Effective April 8, 2021 the annual base salary (minus applicable withholdings) will increase to $307,000, payable in bi-weekly installments in accordance with normal University payroll procedures for administrative unclassified employees. On Julyl, 2021 the annual base salary will return to the amount as outlined in the RESTATED SECOND AMENDMENT. 2. All other provisions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect, it being understood that, in the event of a conflict between the terms of this AMENDMENT and the Agreement, the terms of this AMENDMENT will take precedence. O’Brien Vice PresidentDirectorof Athletics FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN THE UNIVERSITY OF TOLEDO AND This FIRST AMENDMENT, effective July 1, 2020 amends the EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT entered into by and among The University of Toledo (“the University”) and Tod Kowalezyk (“Coach”) the effective date of which was June 1, 2019 (the “Agreement”). Collectively. the University and Coach will be referred to as the “Parties” RECITALS. WHEREAS, the Parties have entered into the Agreement and the Parties wish to amend the Agreement as further set forth below. NOW THEREFORE, the Parties agree as follows: AMENDMENT 1. Section 4.1, Annual Base Salary. Effective for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2020 the annual base salary (minus applicable withholdings) will be $306,526, payable in bi-weekly installments in accordance with normal University payroll procedures for administrative unclassified employees. On July 1, 2021 the annual base salary will return to the amount as outlined in the Employment Agreement effective June 1, 2019. 2. All other provisions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect, it being understood that, in the event of a conflict between the terms of this AMENDMENT and the Agreement, the terms of this AMENDMENT will take precedence.
