UNR Athletic Department Covid Relief Fund Usage

UNR Athletic Department has used this fund for the following purposes. The actual Covid related
expenses are more than the relief allocation could cover.
o COVID testing protocols: Supplies, tests, and staffing to administer the testing
o COVID quarantine protocols: Expenses related to the care of student athletes during the
quarantine process established by University of Nevada School of Medicine Team Physicians
o COVID ‘return to play’ testing: Expenses associated with the tests required for student athletes
to return to play following any positive Covid tests. This was a process established by University
of Nevada School of Medicine Team Physicians
o PPE and Cleaning Supplies: Supplies used to thoroughly clean facilities and keep staff and
student athletes safe.
