-Floor and wall clearing फर्श और दीवार की सफाई ।
-No holes on floor and wall फर्श और दीवार पर कोई छेद नहीं ।
-No Stain of oils, Grease/ Lubncants, water/Moisture or others तेलों का कोई दाग, तेल / चिकनाई, पानी / नमी या अन्य
नहीं है ।
-No cow/Bird dung or presence of any foreign material कोई गाय / पक्षी गोबर या किसी विदेशी / बाह्य सामग्री की उपस्थिति
नहीं है।
-No any Sign of Infestation, weevils, Insects or Infections संक्रामण, घुन /कीड़ा, मच्छर नहीं है ।
-No broken/sharp edges/welded joints/Protruding nails कोई टू टे हुए / तेज किनारे, / वेल्डेड जोड़ों / बाहर निकली हुई कील
नहीं है।
-No Strong or objectionable odors कोई तेज या आपत्तिजनक गंध नहीं ।
-No residue from previous cargo पिछले कार्गो से कोई अवशेष नहीं ।
-No leaks and protected from weather damage कोई रिसाव नहीं और मौसम की क्षति से संरक्षित।
-Condition of Tarpaulin तिरपाल की स्थिति ।
2 General Condition of Vehicle
-Identity and Quantity पहचान और मात्रा ।
-No Physical damage of material सामग्री का कोई भौतिक नुकसान नहीं ।
-No contamination or dust on rolls रोल पर कोई संदूषण या धूल नहीं ।
-rolls covering रोल ढके हुए है ।
-Availablility of COA COA उपलब्ध है।
3 Othere Checks
-Forklift cleaning फोर्क लिफ्ट की सफाई
-Matenal kept at quarantine area संगरोध क्षेत्र में रखी गई सामग्री ।
-Dusting of cools done pnorto entering into storage area
4 Monsoon season checks
-No water or dirt inside the truck
-Loading area is properly covered
-Truck covered with tarpaulin on sides and at floor.
-No hole / damage to body of truck
-No bad smell from inside the vehicle
-Canopies installed over truck doors (loading / unloading points) to prevent rain water contact during
loading/unloading operations.
-Top of vehicle have 3 layers of damage free tarpaulin.
-Dock doors have tight seals with the door frame and door track.
5 COVID 19 checks

-Driver / assistant screened at gate before entering to loading point, hands sanitised
-Drives questioned for COVID 19 symptoms
-Driver / assistant has to pass through sanitization tunnel
-Truck cleaned
-Truck sanitised before unloading the material

-Driver not allowed to touch / enter process area after halting the vehicle for loading, Driver is made to
wait outside the premises at designated place
