JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

RE: ONE AND THE SAME PERSON

WE, PLACIDA A. DELFIN, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen and currently
residing at Blk 8A Lot 2 Via Bergamo St. Ponticelli Gardens, Molino 3, Bacoor City,
Cavite, Philippines and SONIA M. HOCHREUTENER, of legal age, married, Filipino
citizen and currently residing at Blk 11 Lot 4 Ponticelli Subd. Molino 3, Bacoor City,
Cavite, Philippines, after having been sworn in accordance with the law hereby depose
and state that;

1. We personally know ELPIDIO P. CADAY JR., who is our long-time neighbor

and acquaintance at Ponticelli Gardens, Molino 3, Bacoor City, Cavite;

2. We know for a fact that the person by the name of “ELPIDIO P. CADAY JR.”
appearing as registered owner in the Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-599461
and the name “ELPEDIO P. CADAY JR.” as appearing in the Contract to sell
executed between Elpidio P. Caday Jr. and Sps. Edna Gonzales and Reynaldo
Gonzales on 23rd August 2019 refer to one and the same person and that his true
and correct name is ELPIDIO P. CADAY JR.;

3. We are not in any way related to any of the foregoing person within the fourth
civil degree either by consanguinity or affinity, nor do we have any pecuniary
interest in this matter whatsoever;

4. To remove confusion as to the two names, we hereby declare that the name
ELPIDIO P. CADAY JR. and ELPEDIO P. CADAY JR. refer to one and the
same person whose registered name is ELPIDIO P. CADAY JR.;

5. We are executing this affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of the foregoing

statements and to establish the real identity of ELPIDIO P. CADAY JR. and for
all legal intents and purposes it may serve.
