 CHAPTER 1

1.1 Background
Here I want to help offline taxis in order to eradicate their anxiety with online taxis that we often see
both parties often at odds especially since two years ago we often saw on television and in social media
there was a lot of news about the riots of both parties, here I will help offline taxis that we can roughly
call work are depressed because the custumer is taken by an online taxi and that is natural because
online taxis have very attractive facilities offered and prices are very far, both parties have their own
advantages and disadvantages, from there I will try to analyze so that both parties have their own target
market

1.2 Questions
I will give offline taxi drivers some questions about what they are worried about, and what they want
going forward:

1. According to you, what do you want from an offline taxi about an online taxi?

2. Most of whom take taxis online at what age?

3. Where do you usually take the passenger from?

1.3 Method

On March 6 this afternoon I met a former taxi driver, I could not meet the taxi driver offline
because I had been greeted because my father was not well so I immediately went to my city yard,
fortunately my friend was an offline taxi driver and I immediately met him . And he is now an
offline taxi driver, because the advantages of offline taxis are very reduced, he was named
maulana and I immediately asked the above questions and his age was very far from me but he
was very friendly so it was very nice to talk to.

2.1 Findings and Discussion

online and do not enjoy offline taxi facilities provided by the station, but I realize why people
prefer online taxis, because it is cheaper and many of my friends cheat like shooting metered
and that makes customers upset, I want taxis online and offline taxis have their own territories
and offline taxis must be strict about driver drivers who cheat like shooting because the impact
is felt by all offline taxi drivers like me.
2. Most parents and Caucasians do not have grab and go car applications, they are around the age
of 40, but many also like young entrepreneurs who ride offline taxi services because according
to him their prestige is bigger than taking an offline taxi.
3. Most of the airports and stations and many of them are orders from the central report which
are usually booked by telephone to the center and at the mall, even in hotels.

I caught a number of points from the answers from the answers, and I want to propose to the offline
taxi party to fix a lot of the drivers who are naughty and must be acted firmly, and I want to propose a
fleet from an offline taxi using an online taxi fleet but not all use an offline taxi fleet only in a number of
areas such as the mall, at the station and at the airport and it must be agreed by both parties and in my
opinion, with this, I am sure that both taxis will make peace and always support one another.
 CHAPTER 3
RESTROPECTION

3.1. Am I satisfied with my research process?

I am not satisfied because in my opinion I interviewed former taxis offline, but what can I do because I
have returned home to Sukabumi and in Sukabumi there are no offline taxis there are only online taxis,
so in my opinion I am resolving the problem when I work as a taxi driver because the answer was
answered based on his experience as an offline taxi.

3.2. Which activities that yield expected result and which does not?
Successful activities in my opinion, when I asked my colleague, at that time I succeeded as if I was in my
court position and his empathy began to come out, and that was the most successful and very
interesting thing in my opinion, from there the solution was how both parties can be peaceful if my plan
happens.

3.3. What are the lessons? What could be done better next time?
The lesson, as I mentioned in the previous question, I felt great empathy and I could feel as if it were my
spirit, for the future, I have to give more and more specific questions.

3.4. Where should I go from here?” or “what is my next step after I

get these findings?
To make my plan come true, I should have to meet management from both sides of the taxi and talk
about my planning, because it can make both parties embrace each other and of course there will be no
more problems such as violence, and the first step must be to go to acquaintances who work in the
management of the two taxi parties so that the impression is easier.
