“How we can promote our social media handles, what marketing

strategies we can use for engagement for a particular product/event?”

Meme marketing is one of the most powerful social media
marketing strategies out there today. With social media continually
on the rise, meme marketing has transformed hundreds of brands
social media market strategies. No matter what social media you
use, you can’t escape the millions of memes that are posted daily.
Known for their funny and unique humour, these memes that
started off as inside and funny jokes, are now being used by brands
to boost their social media following. In fact, memes are so popular
that there are even plenty of social media profiles that are
dedicated to just posting funny memes to their followers.

“The link in bio” means the clickable URL appearing in your


Instagram profile description, which provides essential
information about your business and your products. It typically
contains the link to the corporate website or business page on
Instagram and contacts to get in touch with your company.

In marketing, a coupon is a ticket or document that can be


redeemed for a financial discount or rebate when purchasing a
product. Customarily, coupons are issued by manufacturers of
consumer packaged goods or by retailers, to be used in retail stores
as a part of sales promotions.

Making pages & advertisements on social media handles-


Making pages about the product/business/event eventually
helps a lot in promotion,as it is very convenient also the user
can go to the page any time he wants to and thorough
promotion through advertising is helps to convey the idea to
the customers in an interesting manner as they are easy to
understand.
By going live - By going live on different social media
handles like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter etc. we can
increase audience/ viewers engagement on our handles , it
is a great and interactive medium to connect to the
followers also with the audience which is not following us .

Tie ups - There are numbers of social media accounts of


divergent celebrities, businesses, influencers etc., tying up
with them really helps in promoting our brand , with that
we can reach to more number of people out there.

Spinwheel - It is a strategy used in one-on-one selling


environment. People get attracted to it because spin to
win wheels are interactive, fun, and instantly gets users’
attention. One of the most exciting features of these
games is their mysterious nature. 

Hashtags - It boosts organic reach of a post. It can be


used to get your content in front of a bigger audience,
raise awareness about your brand, target a very specific
group of people, and it also boost your SEO.
Influencer - influencer marketing is a type of social
media marketing that uses endorsements and product
mentions from influencers–individuals who have a
dedicated social following and are viewed as experts
within their niche.

Give Away :- It is a promotional tactic where


businesses or influencers ask their followers to
perform certain actions to participate in a contest to
stand a chance to win a free prize. The actions could
be tagging a few friends, liking and commenting on
the post, following certain accounts, etc.

Shout-out :- A shoutout on social media usually refers


to when one user shouts out another, typically by
“tagging” them (inserting their username and a link to
their userpage) in a post that they make. This “shouts
out” the recipient to their followers. This is the most
common form of a shoutout, but technically there are a
few others worth talking about.

In the YouTube circle, shoutouts can also be done in-


video to another person’s. These often happen at the
end of a video, and can even go as far as proper
collaborations between two YouTube creators, but
we’re getting a bit ahead of ourselves now.

Sneak peek : Social Media can be a great platform for


businesses – if used correctly. A key point to remember
when posting anything on Social Media is that first
word –social. Sites like Facebook and Instagram are all
about gaining trust by showing off your personality
rather than using them as a platform for a hard sell.
Audiences like to feel connected to your brand and
social media interaction is a great way to do so.
