FACULTY MEETING
April 23, 2021, 9:30 am

The meeting was started by a prayer led by Maam Lyn C. Babagonio. It was then presided by the
AESTA President, Sir Richard Estrada. The following agenda was discussed:

Agenda:
1. Constitution and By-Laws of Sto. Nino District Public School Teachers Association
2. Update with Tanglad Plantation
3. Monthly Dues
4. IGP on Coconuts
5. Feeback from Maam Beth Funa
6. Updates with the School Head, Maam Cherry Fajagutana

I. Reading of the Constitution and By-Laws


Queries:
1. InRe: Art. 3, Section a. What will happen if the member teacher transferred to other
district, will he/she be qualified to receive benefits?
2. InRe: Art. 3, Section a. Can a member withdraw its contribution in case of transfer of
district?
3. InRe: Ar. 4. Sec.1 Please specify the contribution of “minimum P200 and maximum P500”
if it is intended for mass retirement or solo retirement.
4. InRe: Art VII. Sec. 2. The please provide the function of the BOD.
5. Art. 13. Please include in the exception to major operation the caesarian operation.

II. Update with IGP on Tanglad Plantation


The purchase of herbicide will be charged to MOOE with the principal’s approval. The teachers are
to contribute One hundred and seventy pesos (Php170.00) only to the Local Treasurer for the
purchase of Tanglad binhi.

III. Monthly Dues


The teachers are reminded on the monthly contribution for the contingency fund amounting to
One hundred pesos (Php100.00) to the Local Treasurer.

IV. Proposed GP on Coconuts


The income on the Coconuts was not turned-over to the school. The income on November 2021
was One thousand two hundred pesos (PhP 1,200.00) only and January 2021 was Six hundred
pesos (Php 600.00) was borrowed by the guard, Mosne Talipasan .The school head proposed that
the AESTA will manage the income. The body agreed.

The body agreed income of the coconut will be used to purchase barbed wire to secure the school
premises.

The IGP on Coconuts will be facilitated by Sir Richard Estrada, Sir Nolly Mangcot, Sir Tuheron
Nandang and Kapid Tinapian.
The harvest of coconuts shall be done on school days.
The persons interested to hold the IGP on Coconuts will prepare permit to be for it. Sample of the
IGP will be borrowed from the ADAS.

V. Feedback from Maam Beth Funa


The Ok sa DepEd program in this time of Covid-19 pandemic will focus on the advocacy.
Coordinatorship: NDEP, ARH, Mental Health, Clinic, Wins, Covid
The coordinators will comply the forms sent to the GC every month.
a. ARH. In complying with the form, include only the data of pregnant pupils enrolled with the
school, not that of the community. The coordinator will not send a report without referring it
to the advisers or teachers.
Activities to be Conducted: There should a school-based teachers orientation on Reproductive
Health.
b. Classroom Beautification/Stucturing. There should be posters about reproductive health.
There should be genderdized cr. The classroom should be clean inside and out, front and back.
Arrange things in the classroom as if there are pupils. The classroom should indicate the
entrance and exit where the parents/ guardian will follow in the distribution and retrieval of
modules. Alcohol and treatment record must be placed outside the classroom.

c. Mental Health Coordinator. Ang coordinator ang magkumusta? Dapat ma reach out ano ang
problema sang bata… to prevent suicide/depression. Conduct Psychological First Aid.
d. Covid Vacination. Sino ang nag No? may allergy.
e. NDEP. May Synchronized Orientation.
f. WINS program. Water functional. Lightings, ngaa madulum. Ilista kag itukod sa winds. Ang
kurtina dapat half lang para kaagi ang hangin.
g. Waste disposal. Dapat nakalagay sa harapan ng classroom.
h. Clinic. Medical of Teacher (deadline May). GC look for link sa Dental. Health Survey: purpose
to know kung ang wala may sakit o wala kay illness ang mainfactor sang dropped out kag di ka
answer sang . Before magMay nacollect na.
i. Health kit. Milo ihatag sa di beneficiary sang feeding.

VI. Update from the School Head


1. Please accomplish the Weekly Accomplish Report and place it on Rhea’s table.
2. The purpose of work from home and skeletal workforce.
Arrange with your partner in the grade level.
Suggestion of Maam Gina to place the pupil’s module on the chairs intended for the pupil. In
case, the teacher is in work from home, the skeletal teacher will just take the module of a pupil
from his/her chair.
3. The 1st COT of all teachers was complied. The 2 nd COT will start on May, the school year will
end on June.
4. There are 20 cases of bond paper available in the office (c/o Mclift).
Worth Forty Thousand Three Hundred Sixty Three pesos (Php 40,363.00) from BE-LEP.
Teachers may take one case of bond paper each.
Twelve Thousand and Forty Two pesos (Php 12,042.00) was downloaded from EPP for SLM
Printing.
5. 4th quarter industrial arts, ICT are to be printed for 3 rd Quarter.
6. The part of OPCRF should be accomplished. The computation of PBB is based on OPCRF.

- Annual implementation plan, monthly and yearly accomplishment report.
- School report card.
- Learning environment: Submit general weighted average quarterly.
- Non-numerate, non-readers, wasted.
- Maintain child friendly environment.

- LR downloaded in LRMDS.
- Initiated assessment training based on Esat.
- INSET and SLAC.
- Human Resource Management.
- Provided opportunities for professional management.

- Submit esat on Maam Anise next week.
