2.1. Read the following questions so you can track the answers before
you watch the video.

- Are they using any kind of non-verbal language such as gestures, body
position (hands), or facial expressions while talking or listening to each
other? Study them carefully.
ANSWER:
As can be seen in the video, the hands are in only one position, and the
body is in a stable posture which presents security in the person, the
gaze is always fixed towards who is speaking, security is shown with
slight movements of the head.

- Can you notice the fluctuation in the tone and intonation of their
voices? Try to identify them.
ANSWER:
His tone of voice remains stable where he demonstrates security in what
he wants to say and imply, the words are pronounced correctly and his
lexicon transmits security, his words are connected with his body
movements and his correct gaze.

- Is it evident any type of outfit they are using for the interview?

ANSWER:
As observed in the interview, the applicant is presented with executive
attire, giving a self-confident presence and neatness at the time of her
presentation and demonstrating that her personality matches her
presentation, she presents herself with formal attire.

- Do you recognize any expression or word you have heard before?
Write them down for you to check them out later on.

ANSWER:
The words that I consider that I have heard the most in the interviews
are employer, industry, practice, position, competitors and organization.

SCRIPT 1: Question: How did you hear about the position open with
our company here?

“Well, when I heard about the opportunity of changing locations and moving from one
physical location to another, I thought about making a career move as well. And I was starting
with my main interests and passion. And I love being outside, I love doing outdoor activities,
and I love working with people. When I was looking Online, I found this website and that there
were positions available in this city area so I thought I would apply”.
