cells, VSWR issues, TCH Completion / Assignment, etc) that creates impact on NQI of the
network.
 Intensive analyses of cell outage reports & minimize the network outage to ensure maximum
network availability.
 Resolve GPRS related issues, related to data traffic.
 Resolve faults due to configuration mismatch.
 Analyze various Real Time reports & fix the issues immediately based on severity (Real Time FM
reports, online active alarm report, Real time CGR report, etc)
 Effective co-ordination with various operations within the organization to resolve issues related to
the concerned within OLA.
