MOTION FOR REDUCTION OF BAIL

IN FORMS OF CASHBOND
COMES NOW, accused ALGINO PALANOG DELA CRUZ, by himself unto this
Honorable court, respectfully state and:

1. The accused is charged for Violation of Section 15, Article II of RA 9165 and the
bail bond recommended for his temporary liberty was fixed at Php20,000.00 and
presently detained at Bulacan Provincial Jail;

2. In view of the principal situation of the accused who is in financial difficulties and, that
he fervently prays that his bail be reduced from Php20,000.00 to Php10,000.00 in forms
of Cash Bond;

3. Considering the foregoing, and in consonance with the right against excessive bail and,
likewise for humanitarian reasons, it is prayed that the amount of bail be reduced from
Php20,000.00 to Php10,000.00 in forms of Cash Bond.

WHEREFORE, in the interest of justice, it is respectfully prayed of this Honorable Court that
this motion be GRANTED.

Other reliefs just and equitable are likewise prayed under the premise.
