    Are video games really a good way to keep fit? What do you think?

    Video games have developed rapidly lately. Includes xbox, nintendo and ps4, etc. They
    give great influence to the traditional game market and industry. First of all, it is very
    modern and fashionable. We can play soccer, do yoga and ski in our house.
    The important thing is very similar to the real environment. When we wave our hands, it
    shows up on the TV screen right away. Also it can reduce the sudden accident. For this
    reason, I think it is a very good alternative to playing outside. It is also a great way to
    maintain our fitness and health.
