Assessment Rubric
The MCT and MST will use this form to formally observe the trainee’s performance and to give feedback
based on the selected teaching competencies. NOTE: Refer to the course-specific, teaching
competencies-based rubric included in the TP Booklet.
Jawaher continues to show dedication to her profession. She conducted a lesson of a high
professional level.
Jawaher covered the Lesson criteria and Lesson Starters as required. She planned and included
Activities that were suitable and differentiated according to
Student levels collaboratively.
Jawaher shows enthusiasm toward her students and displays overall good management. She
continued to use immediate reward system via class dojo to encourage her students. She uses a
variety of interactive tools.
Jawaher made sure to assess her students grasping of knowledge of the taught concept
throughout the lesson by asking questions and assessing student activity. Make sure to give
learners more opportunity to answer questions. Keep probing them on to answer by re phrasing
the question at times. Perhaps question them about their work.

extra support.
Action Plan:
Keep encouraging students to join the interactive Activities. Allow Student time to respond to
questions.
