Jawaher continues to show dedication to her profession. She continues to conduct lessons of a
high professional level.

Jawaher covered the Lesson criteria and Lesson Starters as required. She planned and included
Activities that were suitable and differentiated according to
Student levels collaboratively.

Managing Learning (15%) F D C B A

Jawaher shows enthusiasm toward her students and displays overall good management. She
continued to use immediate reward system via class dojo to encourage her students. She uses a
variety of interactive tools. Thank you for providing an alternate way for students to complete and
submit their work in the Padlet activity.

Implementing Learning (20%) F D C B A

Jawaher made sure to assess her students grasping of knowledge of the taught concept
throughout the lesson by asking questions and assessing student activity. Make sure to give
learners more opportunity to answer questions. Keep up the good work on providing feedback to
students as they complete their activity. Keep probing them on to answer verbally, by re-phrasing
the question at times. Perhaps question them about their work.

Jawaher assessed her learners throughout the lesson calling on names of students who needed
extra support and re-explaining to students then assessing if they understand.

Perhaps provide for enrichment a game, song or video on the topic, in the Plenary when students
complete early/Early finisher Activities.

Action Plan:
Keep encouraging all students to join the interactive Activities. Allow Student time to respond to
questions.
Plenary enhancement to recap end of the lesson.
