All internal surface to be blasted to SA 2.5, One coat of Primer (Polyamine cure pure epoxy
coating) of 80 micron, two coat of (Abrasion resistant epoxy) top coat 210 micron x 2. Total
DFT- 500 microns.

17 Coating External
All external surface to be blasted to SA 2.5, with a Primer (Inorganic zinc ethyl silicate) of 60
micron, Mid coat of (amine cured epoxy) of 120 microns, and a top coat (chemicaly curing
aliphatic polyeurathane) 60 micron. Total DFT- 240 microns.
