In order to avoid going to retail stores where there is a higher risk of infection and a
potential lack of stock, customers are moving to online shopping

Hence, you must put increased efforts to ensure your business on Daraz runs as smoothly
as possible not just to maximize sales, but because that’s what the public needs right now!

 How To Process Orders During Lockdown?

Daraz is strictly following all government regulations related to the lockdown

and we understand that you may have questions order processing, drop
offs, pick ups and delivery

Regarding processing orders, you may do so as you normally do (kindly

ensure you’re practicing hygiene and being extra cautious)

You can drop off your order packages at our hubs. Keep a check here to
stay updated on the operational status of Daraz Hubs. Timings for drop offs
are:
Monday to Thursday & Saturday: 10:00AM - 2:00 PM
Friday: 10:00AM - 12:00 PM

Regarding pick up, once you have marked your orders as ‘Ready to Ship
(RTS)’, our representative from Seller Support will contact you regarding the
pick up of your package

If you want Daraz to process, pack and ship your orders, then you can avail
our ‘Fulfillment by Daraz (FBD)’ Service. Click here to learn more
