    OVPASU 2021-0216-01

    To : ALL COLLEGE OFFICIALS, FACULTY MEMBERS, STUDENTS

    Subject : CONDUCT OF FINAL EXAMINATION

    Date : FEBRUARY 17, 2021

    The following guidelines shall be strictly observed during the conduct of final examination.

    1. Faculty members shall give final examination because this will form part of student assessment for
    the semester.

    2. The final examination will be held from February 22-28, 2021.


    3. All examinations shall be given during the assigned class period. This is to avoid conflicting
    examination schedule. No departmental schedule will be released.

    4. Faculty members shall have discretion on how to conduct their exam (written, MS forms, scanned)
    using MS Teams or Zoom application. Copy of final examination and the date set by faculty shall be
    submitted to College.

    5. Faculty members shall inform their respective classes on the manner of conducting the final midterm
    examination no later than Friday, February 19, before the final examination week.

    6. Faculty members shall have discretion to give students special exam on different date given the
    student varying circumstances. The College shall be informed of this arrangement.

    7. College officials shall monitor the conduct of final examination.

    Please be guided accordingly.
