CONDUCT OF SCHOOL-BASED LEARNING ACTION CELL (LAC) SESSIONS ON THE

LEARNNG DELIVERY MODALITIES (LDM) 2 COURSE FOR TEACHERS UNDER THE
BASIC EDUCATION LEARNING CONTINUITY PLAN (BE-LCP)

TO: ALL TEACHING & NON-TEACHING PERSONNEL

1. Pursuant to Regional Memorandum No. 458, s. 2020 requiring Schools Division Superintendents
to monitor school heads on the conduct of the LAC sessions, as roll-out of the topics on Learning
Delivery Modalities (LDM) 2 Course for Teachers, this school will conduct series of face to face
LAC sessions as roll-out of the five (5) modules within five (5) successive days from January 25-
29, 202 1.
2. The objectives of these series of LAC sessions are to:
a. equip teachers with the learning delivery modalities to be used in the implementation of the
Basic Education Learning Continuity Plan (BE LCP) amidst COVID -19 pandemic and be
able to adapt in the new season towards the successful delivery of quality education to
learners in this new normal setting.
b. capacitate teachers with the alternative ways for learners to access quality education and
engage them to become more knowledgeable and skillful in terms of the implementation of
the most suitable learning delivery modality in their respective areas; and
c. urge teachers and school leaders to understand better the needs of our learners and the most
effective ways to provide instructional assistance considering their health and welfare.
3. All teaching personnel are required to attend to these series of LAC sessions as assigned to their
respective Learning Department and the time schedule per day; All Master Teachers as
Instructional Coaches must attend first a half-day orientation on this LDM2 Course on January
22, 2023 from 8:00-11:30 in the morning.
4. The participants are advised to observe health standard protocols all throughout the sessions.
5. All expenses incurred during the activity shall be charged to school funds/ MOOE subject to
usual COA rules and regulations. Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this
Memorandum are desired.
