TechnoHub is a company for selling computer parts, accessories, laptops, desktop computers,
and has its own repairing service. The company is located at Bantug, Roxas, Isabela along the
highway. TechnoHub products and services is for anyone, it can be a businessman, students,
professional or non-professional, gamers, and others who use Computers for their personal
purposes.

In laptop and desktop computer selling, TechnoHub assure that its working and updated it
software. We categorize the laptop and computer from budget laptop, personal computer, mid-
range (gaming, editing video, programming), and high- end laptop (hassle free and easy to use)
which we can suggest for the customers what is the exact laptop or computer according to their
needs and considering also their budget. For the accessories and computer parts the customers
are free to choose on what they want.
Marketing Strategies
TechnoHub Company has an advertisement on any social media site about the products. We
introduce our products with enough information, benefits and showing that our products are
caught up with the trends in terms of technology. In our advertisement it indicates the contact
number, email, and address of the company. We developed also an application for online
shopping purpose. TechnoShop is an online shop for TechnoHub and is active from 7:00 am to
6:00 pm. This application can be downloadable on Google Play Store, Apple Store, and Huawei
App Store. TechnoShop is easy access for shopping. The shipping and delivery are fast.
TechnoHub's product item was no defect and it is secured within the package. We insure that
the people’s information we collect on the app is accurate and we delivered the product on
time.

To gain more customers, TechnoHub gives a special promo. If the customer purchases a
product worth PHP 80,000 they can avail 10% off discount. TechnoHub also opened an
installment on the laptop and computer products. TechnoHub company is looking forward with
this strategy we can bring innovation and success to people and the company.

IV. Operations Plan

A. Physical resources: Facilities and Equipment
In our Branch, we have our own workstation for repairing and building
computers. We have tools for repairing and carrying equipment for heavy
accessories. Our branch is fully air-conditioned and we make sure that it is well
lit. We also make sure that our equipment and tools are fully functional and
work well. For deliveries, we have two (2) delivery trucks.
B. Work process and system.
A plan-to-inventory process includes all steps required to plan inventory levels
based on factors such as customer demands and product capacity.
