1. What Pressured or motivated Ducati to implement new Digital Technology?

- We all know that Ducati is a high Class Motorcycle Brand, but they have many Competitors
Like Yamaha Motor. Honda Implementing new digital Technology for Ducati products. of
course if you have an Updated Product you have chance to become attractive for every
buyer.
2. What Goals could Ducati cut? What Costs could it not cut? For example, could Ducati cut its R&D
budget? Explain your answer

- Ducati needs decrease their Expenses in Advertising, Because Ducati Are Famously Known as
a High Quality Performance so they don’t need to Promote or prove of what they can do.
Also the R&D of Ducati does not need to cut because it well help their product to reach their
maximum to be great.

- As we all know, communicating with dealers is a critical component of any dealership

- DCS or Ducati communication System helps their Company to easily control, sequential

- Change management program is one of the most important roles that can really produce
good things in an organization. This program can enable ideas that can make the organization
succeed, applying the changes can increase the productivity and improved performance of the

- Establish Standards, following the standards is essential to every company, it will define how
a company acts base on the implemented standards. It can be the guideline that can really
describe performance, quality and etc. Organization also need to create the process on how
