BRIEF SUMMARY
Tools,techniques, and technologies used in the design
of the production plan
To help the company build this concept, they will use different
technology, instruments, and techniques. Technologies They would
use include tools to assist with the whole operation. They are
software to assist in decision-making, software to assist in the
analysis of the mission specifications, those for the company's human
modeling structure, and those to help them distribute the resources
available in the best possible way. For use in this method, instruments
such as those for forecasting, regression analysis, among others, will
be critical. Techniques to be used in this design include technologies
for production management, approaches to sales forecasting, among
other approaches.
 Integration of lean operations and lean
services in the production plan.
Integrating lean operations would seek to reduce wastes and
procedures that do not add value to the system with this
production plan. These wastes include those generated by
unevenness and overload. Lean services, on the other hand,
require the application of the principle of lean production for
service operations (Demirel et al, 2014). The incorporation of
both of these methods into the production plan would take
place by evaluating the original production plan formed to
identify issues resulting from waste and by updating plans to
reduce waste.
Considerations for sustainability to eliminate waste
in each phase of the production plan.
The key to increasing the productivity of the whole plan would
be to minimize waste in the production plan. Continuous
progress across the whole process would form a central part of
ensuring that socially responsible conduct is followed by the
company. In order to eliminate any residues that could
adversely affect the production plan, the removal of waste at
any point of the production plan would require a detailed
review of each phase.
 The legal, cultural, global, and human
involvement needed to implement the
production plan.
In the design and implementation phases of the program, the
implementation of the production plan would require
tremendous human intervention. Cultural and legal variables will
play a key role in the design of the production plan (Osanloo &
Rahmanpour, 2017). Legal concerns will emerge to avoid
workplace hazards and to deal with people who, through waste
disposal and emissions, pose a danger to the environment.
 The production plan of the comapny is
precise and straight to the point. It is
important that production plan is
understandable, esp. to the users of the
information like the public and investors. It
will help them to make better decisions
about the company's performance in the
market

Reaction
Their prodcution plan needs to state how
their products could be made, and what
efficient strategies to implement in
minimizing cost among others. Things like
that needed to be address to ensure that
their plan will workout in the long run.
