MY SUMMARY

Justice by: Ralph Semino Galan

Justice is a poem that states that Justice should have
no prejudices and weigh the facts regardless of whether it is pro
or against. It is this proof that will remove any lies and figure
out whether or not the defendant is guilty. However, the same
is true in the Philippines. It's close to a card game where money
is involved, and even the Chief Magistrate is not immune to the
system's faults.
POST TEST
Directions: Using your chosen literary text/ works write a close analysis and critical
interpretation. Discuss the author, region of association, language, genre, period,
tradition, and theme/ structure used in the text.

MY ANALYSIS

The poem Justice is written by Ralph Semino Galan

from Region X. In this poem justice symbolizes first the
“painting” It was mentioned there the Roman goddess Justitia
that slowly fades into thin air and that means that the justice is
already gone. Just like today’s justice, remember those other
politicians that were in prison they were givaen a chance to
bond with their family without bodyguards, but when the
normal person came to the funeral of her 3 month old baby, she
was already being dragged by the jail police, they don’t want to
gice her time to mourn for her baby. That’s how our justice
works.
