TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The purpose of this document is to regulate the GENERAL TERMS or CONDITIONS OF PROCUREMENT of the guest room booking and
services at GLOREY COTTAGE.
2. The use of these services implies full and unconditional acceptance and validity of each and all the General Terms and/or Conditions – which
are deemed to be automatically incorporated into the contract concluded with GLOREY COTTAGE, without the need for your written transcription.
3. The Lead Booker must book in advance. Rooms are subject to availability and the Company reserves the right to refuse any Booking for any
good reason.
4. The final prices displayed / communicated on the GLOREY COTTAGE banner / pamphlet are a total for the requested stay including any extra
items selected. A minimum length of stay and/or other conditions may apply to certain dates, as and when specified by the management.
5. The Lead Booker is always responsible for any and all charges due on the Booking(s).
6. 20% advance payment is required to acquire confirmed booking and rest 80% payment is to be paid in advance on arrival at GLOREY
COTTAGE.
7. We reserve the right not to confirm the booking until 20% payment has been received. The Hotel will permit a grace period of its choosing
should payment for a booking is declined.
8. if confirmed booking is declined by GLOREY COTTAGE for any reason, full amount of 20% will be refund to the booker.
9. Cancellation of confirmed booking by the booker is only confirmed when a cancellation request has been received by GLOREY COTTAGE. The
cancellation request of confirmed booking will only be entertained if the cancellation request has been made 12 hours prior to the check-in-time.
10. Refund for cancellation of confirmed booking will only be executed, if the cancellation request has been made 12 hours prior to the check-in-
time.
11. Booking can be made on the given number via call, SMS and WhatsApp.
12. Bookings at GLOREY COTTAGE is solely for families, any misinformation in this regard may lead to legal action against the booker and / or
occupant. The GLOREY COTTAGE management reserve the right for any legal action against defaulters in this regard.

EXTRA CHARGES

13. By making a Booking, the Lead Booker accepts full responsibility and liability for the actions of any Guest(s) staying (or person visiting) the
Hotel relevant to the Booking.
14. The Lead Booker might incur Extra Charges for late checkout, smoking, excess cleaning, damage, theft and/or any event which has resulted in
an additional cost to the Hotel.

15. Details of any Extra Charges will be communicated to the occupant, and the payment has to be made before / at check-out.

16. If check out is made after the defined time, additional 50% fine will be charged from the occupant. (*Conditional)

17. If check out is delayed by 1 hour and the subject room was on confirmed booking by other booker, full amount of one day stay will be charge
from the defaulter. In such condition extension in stay will not be granted.

18. Smoking and use of any contraband items, inside the GLOREY COTTAGE premises is strictly prohibited. In case of violation rupees 5000/- fine
will be imposed, and GLOREY COTTAGE MANAGEMENT reserve the right to cancel the booking immediately and GLOREY COTTAGE management
reserve the right for any legal action required.

In the Event of a Problem 

19. In the unlikely event that a Guest has a problem during their stay it must be brought to our attention at the time. This is to ensure that we have
an opportunity to rectify the problem during the stay. The Hotel is unable to consider refund and/or compensation claims if we have not been given the
opportunity to rectify a problem.

20. Check in time : 1500 hrs
Check out time : 1200 hrs
Breakfast : Complementary
21. Given the occupancy of GLOREY COTTAGE exceeds 50%, The food serving will be converted to BUFFET SYSTEM.
22. The occupant has to give undertaking at the time of arrival that he will abide by the all terms and conditions mentioned above and has no right
to claim any leverage upon any violation made by the occupant in the abovementioned terms and conditions.
23. Decision by the GLOREY COTTAGE will be considered as final and is not challengeable at any legal forum except CEO GLOREY COTTAGE.
24. I …………………….. hereby agree to abide by TERMS & CONDITIONS mentioned above, I have read and fully understood the T&C. I shall be
responsible for any misconduct / deviation from the rules mentioned in T&C.
