    activate emergency.
    - BPGIC OSC inform to Incident commander & CEO

    2 Formation of Command structure:

    - Incident commander takes over and activates the ERP


    - On-scene commander (OSC) proceeds to the incident
    location.
    - CERT wear gas mask, Multigas detector and proceed
    towards emergency scene.
    - CERT proceeds with FA box, SCBA, AED and Stretcher

    3 Communication:

    - Communication between CCR and Field Operators


    - Communication between BPGIC IC and BPGIC OSC
    - Communication b/w OSC and CERT
