I’m so excited to be back sharing a new project with ya’ll! The Three Little Snowman is a great
little pillow or can even be finished as a runner to decorate during the holidays and through the
winter months, so gather your supplies and join me in making this fun project.
SUPPLIES:

7. Hoop the pieced and stabilized background by aligning the 2¼” placement line on the
seam of the pieced background.
11. Sew the (2) 1 x 7½” – B1 green snowflake strips to the left and right edges of the sewn
blocks; press to the green.
12. Sew the (2) 1 x 19½” – B2 green snowflake strips to the top and bottom edges.
13. Add the (2) 2½” x 8½” – B3 turquoise snowman strips to the left and right and the (2)
2½” x 23½” – B4 to the top and bottom; press to the green.
14. Finish the pillow top by sewing the (2) 1 x 12½” – B5 green strips to the left and right
sides and the (2) 1” x 24½” – B6 green strips to the top and bottom sides; press to the
green.
15. Quilt the pillow top: place the 28” x 18” white quilting liner, layer with the batting, and
top with the sewn pillow top. Baste and quilt as desired; trim the excess batting.
16. Pillow Back: fold the (2) 13½” x 30½” jubilee geo green backing rectangles in half,
wrong sides together, aligning the 13½” edges, and press. Place the quilted pillow top
right side up and top with the backing pieces, matching the raw edges and overlapping
the folds near the center of the pillow. Pin in place and sew along the perimeter with a ¼”
seam allowance.
17. Turn right side out and press. Stitch in the ditch on the first seam, between the outer
green snowflake border and the turquoise snowman print.
18. Insert the pillow form and enjoy!
