Let’s remember present simple rules:

Present simple tense is used to:

• talk about your daily routines, schedule or hobbies.


• talk about a fact or a true sentence such as:
“a dog has four legs”

Don’t forget to put an “s” when the subject


is “he”, “she”, or “it”

For example:

• Then I check my emails and do some work.
• I finish work at 6 pm and go home to have dinner with my family.

“What do you do on the WEEKEND?”

• For example:

• I always have breakfast in bed on Saturdays.


• I get up around 10 and take a shower.
• I usually do yoga in the morning and then drink a cup of tea.
• In the afternoon, I go to the park with my dog.
• I sometimes meet with my Friends on Saturday night.
• My family and I always have lunch together on weekend.
• I usually get up late on Sundays.
• I never check my e-mails on weekend.

When you talk about a 3rd person (he/she/it) you have to remember
the following rules:
