Given what you have experienced in preparing for non- traditional assessment
like performance tests, how can you convince your future co-teachers to use
non-traditional assessment or performance-based assessment?  Prepare a

Answer:

If I would be using a non-traditional assessment to my learners in convince

my co-teacher. I would tell them that using non-traditional assessment such
as the performance-based assessment has a big impact and give more
knowledge to their learners and it is more applicable and appropriate
assessment than other assessment. Learners didn’t juts passively learned but
also develop a skills or enhance their skills which can be applied in the real
world. It has more benefits to the learners. Using this assessment, you can
see the development and the output of the learner. With this assessment you
can identify their strength and weaknesses, and you can also see whether
you achieve your goals or learning activities. As a teacher, we don’t want our
to learn the subject or the topic and we dint want them just to sit on their chair
and passively gain knowledge, but also we need also to engage them from
any physical activities to learn and to gain skills to proper mold them.
