Introduce my name resilya annisya. I was born in Tanjungpandan, March 11, 2002. I am the first of
two siblings. I have one brother who is studying in grade 5 elementary school, my mother is a tax
administrator and my father is a technician on a project. Currently he is continuing his D3 education
at the Indonesian Gem Health Poltekkes majoring in Medical records.

From here I will personally explain a little reason why I entered the Medical Records Department.

at first I did not know this medical record study program because from the start I was only interested
in entering the nursing study program, because I deepened information about medical education, I
just knew about this medical record study program and

I keep finding out what is a Medical Record? What are the future prospects for Medical Records? I
will explain a little about what Medical Record is and the reason I chose this department, Medical
Record is a note or file that contains a recording of patient treatment results.The records are in the
form of patient identity, examination, treatment, action and other services to patients at health
facilities. The usefulness of medical records is very necessary for health services, especially in
hospitals, because with the medical records doctors will be helped in providing services to patients.
In addition, the future prospects for graduates of medical records are very good, it is still very much
needed, before graduating from college, many hospitals have asked for work. That's the reason why
I want to take this major, because the competitiveness in this globalization era is very tight to find a
job, I see a great opportunity to get a job

And also why I chose the medical records department at the Indonesian Gem Polytechnic, because
the department at the Indonesian Permata Poltekes has B accreditation. In addition, this department
is very step and is still very much needed in hospitals, health centers, and clinicsAnd then I want to
explain a little about my hometown, I live in the islands of Belitung, which is commonly called the
country of the Rainbow Troops, a place that has beautiful, beautiful beaches that are still beautiful,
not infrequently many tourists choose Belitung as their vacation destination, Belitung has a lot of
culture and regional diversity, each region has its own local wisdom, such as in the coastal area there
is a muang jong event or it can be interpreted as floating offerings into the middle of the sea as a
form of public gratitude for the abundant marine products done by farmers as gratitude to Allah
SWT for the harvest of field rice. And there are still many festivals that are held in each region,
where I live is like a place with natural charm that amazes the people, the people are so friendly,
everyone who visits will certainly not be satisfied if they haven't visited the galangal island, which is
an island with a typical historic lighthouse in woke up during the Dutch colonial era, and so did
Belitung's typical food, namely gangan food soup with yellow soup with fresh fish, the taste of sweet
and sour cannot be explained, arousing appetite and the spicy taste that makes you addictive, there
