If I were an entrepreneur

Entrepreneurship has been identified as the ability and willingness to create, manage and
manage the business project together with any of its risk in order to make in order to make the profit.
While definition of entrepreneurship typically focus on the establishing and running of jobs, because
of the higher risks involved in establishing the start-up, the substantial proportion of start-up jobs get
to close due to lack of funding, bad business decisions, the economical situation, lack of industry
demand or the combination of all of these. As an entrepreneur the first thing I would want to do start
with small thing. I would like build a colourful crazy looking candy store. Why I would to build it?
Because I want to people to come fan and flashback on their kids moment again. This store also
provide something for visitors who are eveb as fresh innovation. From lablike position of papabubble
in japan to a rich old fashioned store in France, I discovered Willy Wonka-esque fantasy worlds across
the world the blend humor with superior design.This shops also bring a sense of humour to the
shopping experience, with larger than life lollipops and sweet canes, too as cheeky ideas.

The greatest vision and mission of the business it is really important to ensure to the business
running smoothly and achieve the company goals. As we can see the great vision statement of Mc
Donald’s to be the best quick service restaurant experience. Being the best means providing
outstanding quality, service, cleanliness and value, so that we make every customer in every
restaurant smile.” The power of this vision is that it’s constructed like a checklist. The word best is a
word that requires definition, and McDonald’s provides it with qualifiers, making the roadmap to
success clearly marked with signposts. So, as an entrepreneur, we should create and develop a vision
and mission as a guide to the business. Vision for my candy shop business is to build a leading
international company passionate about sweets with the drive to grow and develop the confectionery
market, through our expertise ,innovation and empowered talent.

Every entrepreneur have their own dream for business. It is same goes to me. My dream’s
business is I want the customer to feel comfy. Not like they are at home, somewhere they can be wild
and just kick back to have some fun. I would like it to be near bigger stores. The interior design for the
candy shop is like the walls in my candy store will be a colourful which rainbow colour. There will be a
long ice cream bar where you can make your own ice cream Sundays. Besides, my dream as an
entrepreneur , I wanna a jukebox in the back with a small seating area. The outside, in the back, will
have a small patio where people can go eat their cold sweet treats on a wonderful day. As businesses
begin to boom, I should start hiring more people. As an employer, my dream employees is to be
friendly. Lastly, for my industry needs to have fast and skillful people involved. The most important is
I wanna my customer to enjoy coming because it is nice place with people they enjoy being in.
 The five objectives for my candy business which is to earn honest profit such as boosted
companies self-estream, be trusted by buyer or customers, discipline on worker and honest team on
the business. Besides, second objective for the business is to provide customer with quality candy such
as have growth in sales, make customer happy, recognition and award given and high survey rating.
In addition, this business aim to make candy store an outstanding and rewarding company. The key
result areas is benefit and compensation on employees, twice as many applicants and competing
company. Forth objectives is to make a strong market which is established market in major countries,a
large share in the market and profit are coming strong and the last but not least is to compete along
companies which is being one of the most trusted sweets provider, popular company and demands
are raising every month. That’s all the five objective for my candy store business that ensure my
business always be on track.

In a nutshell, everybody want to be “successful entrepreneur” but what makes them

successful is a mystery of their mind. uccessful Entrepreneurs Are Passionate about Their Work If you
don’t love what you do, don’t do it. I truly believe it’s as simple as that. As an entrepreneur, you’re
going to have to put in long hours and make sacrifices for your business. When you’re passionate
about what you do, putting in the long hours won’t feel like a sacrifice anymore. If you’re not
passionate about what you do, you’re not going to have the motivation to keep going when you’re
stressed and tired. Have you ever noticed those entrepreneurs who never seem to get tired? Those
entrepreneurs who get that gleam in their eye when they talk about what they do? That’s passion.
