3. How did the project stretch or challenge the student’s abilities? Please assess the quality of the
project. Please make additional comments on the back if necessary:
Jalen was not very comfortable initiating the interviews and had some difficulty following the
discussion at first. Once he did some more research, by the time he did his 3 rd interview he
understood the subject matter and terminology better. I thought at the end he had a good grasp
on how public projects can increase the number of jobs and therefore the economy and improve
the life of those affected by the project. I think his paper outlined the subject well but could’ve
had a little more detail on the link between the project and the economy but the message was
there.
