2 Organizing

After all the planning are being made and has been put in place, the next
step is to improve performance of company is the way how the company
organizing the plan in order to ensure the plan is going well. Organizing is the
second pillar of the management. Even though the company have the very well
planning, but if the company lacks in the way they organizing it, the planning that
were making will not able to be successful. The planning with a better organize
will having a high percentage to success. Organizing is the framework as well as
management function that develops an organizational structure and coordinates
human resources within that structure to achieve organizational objectives. The
organizing part usually play by managers. Manages need to identify and allocate
any necessary resources from all types in order to ensure that the planning that
were being making is successful. Managers play a big role as the managers
need to take a broad view of everything that the planning will require so avoid in
the future facing any problem.

As for that, the recommendations on how can the Netflix’s company


improve performance by organising is get the right people on the job. This point
state because in organising it will require managers of Netflix to assign specific
tasks to all team members in that production company who will take all the
responsibility to complete any tasks and all the necessary activities that are being
assign in order to make the plan successful. This will bring back to the point
which managers need to having a broad view as to assign the tasks, managers
need to know what kind of knowledge and ability that every team’s members
have. The managers need to getting know all the team’s members well enough in
order to fit them in the best tasks also whether that team members able to
accomplish the tasks assign or not. The organizing will be going worse if the
managers of Netflix assign a task towards a wrong person. The success in
achieve the Netflix company objectives will be based on having the best people
for each task in place.

Next recommendations are the Netflix should hire people who are a good
fit for the company’s culture from the beginning. Having a people who are
different with the company culture, one day will cause the problem toward the
organising in the company. It will first cause a small mistake and as time passed
by the mistake made by people who don’t fit with the culture will make the big
mistake that will surely affect company’s performance. Netflix can take initiative
to hire people who are excited about being mentored because in Netflix, one of
the company cultural is helping each other to be great. To meet that cultural, it
important to hire people who don’t mind get mentored regards the age, positions
or gender. The people who are willing to be coached in order to improve their
own individual performance, will be a better equipped to improve overall Netflix
company performance.
