HILLSITE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Hillsite management system is a computerized system for the management of


Hotel Hillsite. In the System, the Hotel manager can Handel hotel’s daily
activities online. Interactive GUI and the ability to manage various hotel
bookings and rooms make this system very flexible and convenient. The hotel
manager is a very busy person and does not have the time to sit and manage
the entire activities manually on paper. This application gives him the power
and flexibility to manage the entire system from a single online system. Hill
site management project provides room booking, staff management and other
necessary hotel management features. The system allows the manager to post
available rooms in the system.

FUNCTIONALITIES IN SYSTEM:

3. Admin MENU page from where he can choose activity

4. The Reservation in the menu is to book a room and keep record of all the

bookings

5. The payment in the menu is to receive the payment from the customers and

keep record of it

6. The Rooms in the menu is to add the room information and to keep the track of

occupied and free rooms in the hotel


7. The staff in the menu has two option staff information and staff attendance. In

staff information there is information of staff and in attendance it is for staff

presence at their duties.

8. Lastly the sign out to close the system
