ALEGRIA LUX RESIDENCE – PRESENTATION

ALEGRIA LUX RESIDENCE LTD was established in 2018 with the form of organization:
limited liability company.

ALEGRIA LUX RESIDENCE LTD is registered at the Trade Register Office attached to the
Prahova Tribunal under no. J29 / 1555/2018 assigned on August 2, 2018, having a unique
registration code 39704630.

The main field of activity of the company is represented by CAEN code 8710 - Activities
of health care centers.

The secondary field of activity in which the company operates is represented by the
code CAEN 8730 - Retirement and home care activities for the elderly, taking place in the
building located in Ploiești, street Tudor Vladmirescu no. 97, Prahova county, social assistance
activities provided to the elderly or people with disabilities, who are unable to take care of
themselves and / or who do not want to lead an independent life.

The company was established on the initiative of its sole shareholder in the person of
Mr. Răzvan - Andrei PETRE and is managed for an unlimited period starting with August 1, 2018
according to the Articles of Incorporation registered at the Trade Register Office attached to the
Prahova Court by d - na Raluca - Valentina COSTIN having extensive experience in caring for the
elderly, experience gained in Italy through activities in the field of caring for the elderly or
disabled, unable to care for themselves.

Currently, 24 beneficiaries are institutionalized inside the residential center for the care
of the elderly - CASA ALEGRIA PLOIEŞTI, who enjoy the following services: accommodation,
food, medical care, recovery and rehabilitation, occupational therapy and leisure activities,
social assistance and psychological.

The activity of caring for the elderly or people with disabilities, who are unable to take
care of themselves, is carried out on the Romanian territory, more precisely in the locality of
Ploieşti, Prahova County.

The services we offer to the elderly or people with disabilities, who are unable to take
care of themselves are: accommodation, food, medical care, recovery and rehabilitation,
occupational therapy and leisure activities, social and psychological assistance.
 Every day, through the activity carried out, we offer to the beneficiaries hosted inside
our residential center quality services according to the standards imposed by the laws
applicable at national level.

At the same time, we assure them a quiet life so that they will never miss their own
home and that of their loved ones.

The families of the beneficiaries inside our residential center have opted to choose their
institutionalization due to the overcrowded life they face, thus not being able to properly care
for their loved ones.

Through the services we offer 24/24, our beneficiaries enjoy living spaces airy and
modern, internal and external recreation areas, permanent medical assistance, specialized
medical staff with long experience in the medical field, social and psychological assistance, the
combination of medical treatment with extra activities provided by the Center as well as extra
services on request (eg: hairdresser, manicure, various circles, events, etc.).

As certifications, the company is accredited by the Ministry of Labor and Protection as a

provider of social services (Certificate of accreditation as a provider of social services series AF
no. 006274 dated October 9, 2019.

At the same time, the company also obtained from the Ministry of Labor and Social
Protection a temporary operating license in the field of social services (Provisional operating
license issued on April 10, 2020 valid until April, 10, 2021).

The company aims as a long-term strategy to continuously improve and increase the
standards of services provided to beneficiaries housed in the residential center, as well as
expanding the business by creating a new center for the care of the elderly or disabled, unable
to care alone.
