What is it?
Chapter 2 of Waterdeep: Dragon Heist introduces one of the shining pieces of the campaign - Trollskull Manor. This tool gives
DMs a way to more easily track and customize the management of Trollskull Manor and determine what the players should get
paid for their efforts (or pay back!) rather than the rules as written.

Instructions
Note: For ease of use and readability, $ signs have been used as a substitute for GP/Dragons
1) Adjust the "One-Time Expenses" tab to meet the needs of your campaign and which repairs you will require
- As players finish repairs, mark them off on the same tab
2) Once the players are open for business begin using the "Expenses" and "Income Statement" tabs
- The "Expenses" tab should be used to track when players take on expenses (e.g., hiring staff, buying food)
- The "Income Statement" tab should be used to track how much players should receive (or pay) each 'time period'
- The campaign suggest a ten-day as the 'time period', but feel to use whatever works best for your game

Tips:
- You don't have to give players access to everything right away. They may need to meet the right people, make connections, etc.
- Consider imposing expense based restrictions on your players (e.g., you can't serve drinks without a bartender, no inn revenues without manager/housekeeping)
- Consider providing some flavor to your drinks and food menu by allowing players to name them (e.g., Trollskull Brew)
- Consider restricting players from using the same types of advertising multiple times in a row
- Balance the costs and renown values based on how much money coming in feels appropriate for your party
