Part C Role Play on feedback on the Induction Process and revise induction policies and

procedures

You must now obtain feedback on the induction process and how effective it has been for the new
employees and the relevant managers of your company.

Your Trainer/Assessor will take on the role of the Safety Department Head of Career Training, and one
(1) of your classmates will act as the newly inducted Safety Trainer of your organisation. You must
discuss the issues identified in Part B and get feedback on the strengths and weaknesses of the present
induction process.

You must prepare a Minutes of Meeting of the points discussed during the meeting, as per the given
Template-6.
