CAUSE AND EFFECT ESSAY

“EXCESSIVE USAGE OF SOCIAL MEDIA ON YOUTH”

Bharat Nain said; Social media addiction is like suicide on daily basis. Social media has its
benefits and drawbacks. It is useful for research, has an educational value as a medium of
learning about current and opposing arguments with others but excessive use of anything is
harmful. There are many causes and effects of excessive usage of social media on youth.

The first cause of excessive use of social media is the increasing rate of cyber-bullying. It occurs
when individuals use social media to write hateful and embarrassing messages for people in
order to harass, shame and control them. It has been proved by American researchers that In
2018 98% of youth report having smartphones, 22% increase from 2014-2015 and they are
continuously online. As a result of cyber bullying depression is increasing day by day especially
in teenagers because they use social media more.

Another cause of excessive use of social media is when you upload something or post any
picture you check your account again and again to check the likes and comments of people but if
you receive minimum likes to your post it will result in feelings of disappointment in yourself
and you feel emotional pain by thinking that particular aspect.

Excessive use of social media can cause mental illness. In the research of Russian scientists in
2013 the main question that they wanted to answer was Is Facebook creating mental disorders?
They proved that the excessive use of social media can cause six personal identity disorders and
three mood disorders. As a result of these mental disorders due to excessive use of social media
people can even attempt suicide because in some mental disorder a person even don’t know that
what he or she is doing. That’s why in teenagers suicide cases is more common.

We all use social media but the excessive use of anything is dangerous for us. Addiction of social
media can cause anxiety, Mental illness, antisocial behavior and many more. As a result today’s
youth are much depressed and even take their own lives. The key is to find a healthy balance that
empowers you, not take away from you.

“MONEY IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IN LIFE “

“WHEN I WAS YOUNG I THOUGHT THAT MONEY IS IMPORTANT THING IN LIFE

NOW THAT I AM OLD I KNOW THAT IT IS “(OSCAR WILDE). We all know that whatever
we want we cannot buy it from happiness or feelings but we buy it from money. Money is
essential and most important thing in life because it dictates the flow of life, helps to get better
education and gives a luxurious life

Money dictates the flow of human living, especially in this modern world. When you don’t have
any money, life will often be painful and you face so much difficulty. It gives you the whole
freedom. If you have seen people who are in serious crisis they don’t even have money to get
their life expenses they are looking for money to make life easy and successful then you will
understand that money is important for life People used the money to buy things every day. You
use the money to pay your bills, you use the money to buy food, fruits and vegetables and you
use the money to buy a house or to pay the rent in order to put a roof over your head.

Money is important to get good education and good education is important for a good career. If
you don’t have any career or you are not able to buy your expenses you are not worthwhile for
others. A person devotes money, family and relationships which give true happiness in life.
People think that they are better than others because of their career or for achieving success. Yes
it's true you can bought whatever you want just from money you have or you earn

Money can make a luxurious life of a human being. When a person comes into a lot of money,
they immediately feel an increase in buying power. They’ll feel like they need bigger and better
things so they go ahead and buy a bigger house in a nicer area, new cars, the latest electronics, in
style clothing, everything only happens when you have money. You would hire someone to help
you maintain the property and the material goods as well.

Money is the most important in your life, and for your family also Family will ALWAYS be
there for you. Without them, who will be there to enjoy your wealth with you? Money cannot
buy people like your own family to stand behind you no matter what and support you on
whatever you enjoy doing. In order to be loved, you would have to love. To be loved and to love
is free. These things are free to an extent. Most of the time the best thing in life is something
money can buy for it.
COMPARE AND CONTRAST ESSAY

FACE-TO-FACE VS ONLINE LEARNING

Is face-to-face learning more effective than online learning? Corona crises made online learning
systems more relevant. So, suddenly all the learning had to take place online. Online learning is
not much more effective than face-to-face learning although it has many similarities but online
learning does not give a proper educational environment as compared to face-to-face learning.

Face-to-face and online learning both need a great amount of work. If we are students we have to
do activities like assignment submission and quizzes in both face-to-face and online learning.
Another similarity in face-to-face and online learning is giving and receiving feedback like if, we
take online class we have to give feedback, asking questions to the instructor as same as in face-
to-face learning and the instructor is also given the same feedback as like in face-to-face
learning. Another similarity between face-to-face and online learning is that in both education
systems students are required to manage their time. The challenges and rewards in both face-to-
face and online learning are the same.

Face-to-face learning happens offline while online learning happens online. Face-to-face
learning requires an educational place and proper schedule while in online learning we can take
classes anytime or anyplace. Another difference in online and face-to-face learning is that the
interaction between students and teachers are extensive in face-to-face learning whereas in online
learning interaction is limited. In face-to-face learning the primary source of learning is the
instructor of a particular course or book unlikely, in online learning the primary source of
learning is the online content.

In online learning students do their work through lectures and online content at their own
pace? While, in face-to-face learning students do their work given by the instructor can do
during class by taking guidance from the instructor. Unlike face-to-face counterparts on campus,
online courses are predominantly as chromos where the teacher and student each determine when
they will engage and participate in their online classes. In online learning students can take
classes comfortably by changing the sitting place where they require to change the body posture
unlikely in face-to-face learning students are bound to sit one place for a long period of time.

So, for getting good education face-to-face learning is 100times better than online learning in
many ways; like for the sake of a proper educational environment we need a face-to-face
learning system. Interaction among teacher and student is also good in face-to-face learning so
the students can get more knowledge from the instructor as compared to online learning.
