Notes:
 
The isolation of the panels shall be provided by the client. Upon isolation a handover
document confirming isolation shall be provided by the client’s senior authorised person
to the contractor. These isolated panels will be handed over back to the client by the
contractor upon completion of the work. Additional cost will be considered if any
disturbance, delay or required isolations are not provided. The price for test equipment
hire for the days of testing is separate. This price does not include any replacement
material. A quotation will be supplied with the report if any modifications are required.

 An updated Single line diagram along with shutdown schedule shall be provided by the
client. The shutdown schedule shall be discussed and mutually agreed before
confirmation for comprehensive maintenance. The Duration of the work will depend on
the isolation schedule with maximum of 8 working hours per day.

 Maintenance completion reports will be provided within 1 week after completion of the
work. If any modification or rectification work is required, the costs will be supplied in a
new quotation.

 If on inspection of the equipment there are any defects in material or the integrity of the
equipment has been compromised it will be documented, work will be stopped and the
client advised.
 Emergency call outs will be charged. Personnel will visit the site within 24 hours of the
call. A detailed report will be provided within 48 hours of the call out detailing the fault
and any requested material if needed.
