AT, ON, IN

1. AT
- At được dùng để chỉ thời điểm.
Ex: at 5 o’ clock, at 4.30 am, at midnight, at noon, at night, at lunch time, at sunset, at
sunrise, at dawn
- At đôi khi được dùng trong các cụm từ chỉ khoảng thời gian:
Ex: at the moment, at present, at the same time, at that time
2. ON
- On được dùng để chỉ ngày trong tuần hoặc ngày+tháng, hoặc ngày+tháng+năm
Ex: on Monday, on Sundays, on 15 April, on 25th August, on 12 May 2021
- On thường đi kèm theo các ngày lễ, kỳ nghỉ hoặc các buổi (có ngày đi kèm)
Ex: on Christmas Day, on New Year, on my birthday, on Sunday morning, on
Tuesday evening
*Trong một vài trường hợp, ngày nghỉ có thể đi kèm với at (thường là để nói về cả
một chuỗi ngày nghỉ dài). Ex: at Christmastime
3. IN
- In được dùng với tháng, năm, mùa, thập niên, thế kỷ
Ex: in September, in 1997, in the winter, in the 1960s, in the 20th century
- In còn đi cùng với các buổi trong ngày (không có ngày đi kèm)
Ex: in the morning/ afternoon/ evening

*Lưu ý: Không dùng at, on, in trước các từ như all, each, every, some, last, next, this,
today, tomorrow, yesterday.
Ex: I’ll see you next Friday.
