Based on 3 years of experience and dozens of successful deliveries, we have developed a
system within MediaNT to realize our customer's ambitions.

We divide your project into 4 distinct phases:


Phase 0: Discovery
Phase 1: Setup Magento 2

Phase 0: Discovery
We start the project with finding the right solution for your goals.

This phase consists of:


Kick-off collaboration
Access to demo environments
Training ecommerce platform
Map current wishes using impact mapping
Training Starting Scrum
Translating wishes, budgeting and adding them to the backlog

Purpose:
Determine which solutions and method are the best fit for your organization.
Deliver a global budget & timeline phase 1 & 2
Phase 1: Setup Magento 2

We deliver a first version of the webshop based on a theme in 40 hours within two weeks

This phase consists of:


Setup theme, font, and color of the website
Shipping method module
Payment method module

Purpose:
Deliver first version webshop that is active
Phase 2: Product Migration

After finishing the foundation of the store, our product consultant will determine
together with you what else is necessary before going live with the store.
Row est. 30 hours

This phase consists of:


Migration from Magento 1 to Magento 2
Product attribute migration
(categories, stock, etc.)

Purpose:
Deliver a store that has the minimal lovable "functionalities" to go live with for the
(general) public where visitor can view and order products.
Phase 3: Product Synchronization

We continue to synchronize product, stock, and order data between your custom ERP
and the e-commerce platform.

This phase consists of:


Create CIN7 ERP API connector
Create Magento 2 API connector
Alumio Configuration
(Note. Alumio subscription $500/month)

Purpose:
Together with increase the turnover, the process and the conversion of the webshop
