Motivation letter

I am Mirwais Alamdar, a student of Zokor-e-Jebrael high school in Herat Province

Afghanistan who is interested in studying in Slovakia. When I heard that a European
country like Slovakia has announced free scholarships, I started to collect information
about its programs. This Scholarship will help me so much to achieve my goals. In
addition, Slovak Scholarship will provide effective chances for me in order to have the
best studies in my life.
First, I must confess that my country Afghanistan has lots of problems like war,
corruption, discrimination and lots of other conflicts. These problems have caused hurts
in the education system of Afghanistan. The scholarship which Slovakia Government has
provided for international students to have the updated lessons by professional
teachers in universities which have different equipment are attractive for a student who
has educated in Afghanistan’s society. I will be able to use from these facilities as much
as I am able.
Furthermore, I am extremely motivated to study my lessons professionally. I have
worked hard to pave my way for reaching to my goals. Slovakia’s universities are
popular in the world that have made me more inspired in attending for Slovak program.
There is no doubt in my thoughts that if I study in Slovakia, I will arrive in a brightness.
My country has extreme needs to experts which Slovak Scholarship can provide them by
accepting and training Afghans. Development of Afghanistan will have lots of
advantages on many cases for several countries like Slovakia.
At last, Slovak Scholarship will be caused so many changes and opportunities in
my life. I can learn Slovak language which is one of the international languages. Finding
new worldwide friends from varied cultures, getting familiar with the way of living in
improved countries, experiencing a new world with its attractiveness are some of the
best studies that I have plan to experience in Slovakia.
In conclude, I will become super glad if the scholarship board of Slovakia’s
Government accept me as a student of their program. The chances, effects, aids that
this program will have for me, has made me strongly motivated in studying in Slovakia.
