Group is a dynamic industrial group specializing in production of

sliding bearings.
Set up in 1986, the group carried out an intensive research
programme, which, combined with considerable investments, have
enabled it to develop the state-of-the-art technologies currently
adopted on the production lines. The company started the production
and wide-scale marketing of its products in 1990 and since then, the
products have achieved rapid success on all the principal markets
worldwide.
Our customers cover the whole of the mechanical industry with
applications that vary from heavy machinery and equipment to
components for the hydraulic sector and the smallest of parts for the
electromechanical industry. In brief, our products can be used
wherever there is rotary or translatory movement between
mechanical parts.
The wide range of sliding bearings includes maintenance-free
components as well as products for lubricated applications. Products
available vary from simple cylindrical or flanged bearings to thrust
washers, strips and special parts. All the ranges of our production are

 PRODUCTS
1) Self-lubricated:
Sliding Bearings Self-lubricated

MU

The MU trademark identifies a whole range of Self-lubricated dry sliding bearings. A

composite structure, MU consist of a carbon steel backing, an intermediate layer of
sintered bronze and a PTFE modified sliding lining (without lead).This range of
bearings is used throughout many types of industries thanks to the high load capacity,
self-lubricated feature and excellent ratio between cost and performance of the whole
range.

MU-B

MU has a limited, the resistance to corrosion due to the carbon steel backing. This
limitation can be overcome by sliding bearings in MU-B material. Also this range is self
lubricated and consist of a bronze backing (CuSn8P), an intermediate layer af sintered
bronze and a modified PTFE lining lead free. The main items in MU-B range are the
wrapped cylindrical bushes ISO 3547 (DIN 1494) as well as the flanged bushes, thrust
washers and strips.

MU-316

This range consist of stainless steel backing (AISI 316), an intermediate layer of
sintered bronze and a modified PTFE lining (without lead). MU-316 is excellent for
corrosive environments and use with aggressive chemical agents or pollutants. Used in
food and chemical industries. The types of bearings available in this range are
cylindrical parts, thrust washers, strips and special items made according to customer’s
drawing.

FRITEX

FRITEX is a self lubricated range and consist of metallic backing, either wrapped or
machined, which can be carbon steel, stainless steel, bronze or alloy-625 to which is
bonded a layer of PTFE fabric. This fabric improves the resistance to cold flow by more
than 10 times, making these bearings ideal for application with very high loads. The
bearings support is available in several material, that vary according to the application
type.

MR-1

MR-1 bearings are made of a non corrodible metallic mesh filled with loaded PTFE
(without lead). The metal grid provides mechanical resistance and drawability for
forging bearings. The PTFE matrix loaded with solid lubricant gives a low coefficient
and high resistance to chemical abrasion. The MR-1 bearings are practically
maintenance free and can be supplied as cylindrical bushes, flanged bushing, fifth
wheels, made-to-measure and specifically designed parts.
 MR-5

The MR-5 trademark identifies a range of bearings composed material

of compounded PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) tape on a metal shell
(steel). The tape of PTFE contains carbon and graphite and isolates
noise and is designed for obtain self lubricated bearings without
play.The available products are cylindrical and flanged bearings,
washers, belts and cast-to-size parts with thickness standard is from
0,500 mm (.0196 inch).
HT-625

The HT-625 identifies a new generation of sliding bearings with major property of
resistance to high temperatures. Suitable for application with temperature between –
188°C to +538°C (-306°F to 1000°F) The outside surface is made of Alloy-625
indicated for its high strength and resistance to chemical corrosion. Cylindrical
bushing, washers, and special items according to drawing or customer’s request can be
supplied.

SINTERED BRONZE

Metal powders sintering technology allows the production of wide range of mechanical
components both standard and special shapes. We offer a complete range of sintered
bushing both plain, flanged and different metals like bronze and lead bronze. The
porous micro-structure of the sintered bearings is suitable for impregnation with oil so
that are self-lubricated and are maintenance free.

SINTERED STEEL

Similar to the Sinter Bronze. We offer a complete range of sintered bushings in

different shapes, cylindrical and flanged, in iron material. The porous micro-structure
of the Sintered bearings is suitable for impregnation with oil so that they are self-
lubricating and maintenance free for long periods. The composition of the standard
version is 100% iron.

OLTECC-500

This range is maintenance free and is suitable for heavy loads at low sliding speed.
Solid lubricant is provided by PTFE or graphite which are inserted into the bronze
structure of the bearing. OLTECC-500 product range includes cylindrical bushes,
flanged bushes, plain and sliding guides according to customer drawing. Typical
application are high performance machine tools such as metal and plastic injection
moulding machines and CNC machining centers.

TWM

TWM identifies an entire sliding bearings family constituted from a complex fiber-
winding technique. The high strength backing consist of a glass fibers and the sliding
surface is made of PTFE and polymer fibers. Both layers are embedded in an epoxy
resin matrix. This material selection combines the special mechanical properties of
glass fibers with the outstanding tribological properties of PTFE and the high strength
polymer fibers.
2) Pre-lubricated:

MX

This range is for use with additional lubricant an consist of a carbon steel backing, an
intermediate layer of sintered bronze upon which a layer of co-acetal plastic is bonded.
The polymeric surface has indentations in which the lubricating oil/grease collected
and gradually released in order to reduce friction and to protect the mating surface.
Plain bushes as well as thrust washers and strips are available as standard.

MX-H

MX-H range is the same as the MX bearings. The difference between MX and MX-H is
that the indentations on the surface are replaced by through-holes which allow a
greater capacity for the lubricant to collect. These bushes are manufactured to ISO
3547 (DIN 1494) and are lead free. MX-H and MX can be supplied with wiper rings for
the retention of the lubricant (see picture example BRM-10 WR).

BRM-10

This range is manufactured entirely of bronze (CuSn8P). This alloy is particularly

suitable for mating surface lubricated either with oil or grease and it is resistant to
corrosion caused by chemical and environmental agents. The working surface of these
bearings is machined to produce indentations in which the lubricant is collected
initially and then gradually released during operation. Plain and flanged bushes as well
as thrust washers and strips are available.

BRM-10 WR

The BRM-10 sliding bearings can be also supplied with wiper rings for the retention of
the lubricant. This seals solves the problem of damage caused by contamination during
operation. By the addition of these seals, better performance and longer life are
achieved. Because the seals are in the bearings no external seals are required thus
saving space as well machining and assembly cost.

BRM-80

This range identifies a series of sliding bearings made entirely of bronze (CuSn8P) as
the BRM-10 line. The difference between the two versions is that the indentations on
the sliding surface are replaced by through holes thus allowing for greater capacity for
the lubricant to collect. These bearings can also be supplied with wiper rings, the same
as the BRM-10 for the retention of the lubricant.

BMT

The BMT range represent a whole range of bimetal sliding bearings with a carbon steel
backing lined with a layer of sintered bronze. These bearings are suitable for
applications with oil or grease lubricants. The surface of the bearing can be machined
to provide grooves or indentations to improve the distribution of the lubricant . Also
this range can be supplied with the wiper rings for the retention of the lubricant.
3) Polymer Bearings:

MP-200

MP-200 is a thermoplastic material. This product has a low coefficient of friction at

high speed and a very low moisture absorption, vibration dampening and self
lubricating. Plain and flanged bearings are available as standard.
Special shapes and sizes can be manufactured according to customer’s requirements

MP-210

MP-210 is a thermoplastic material with a wire of fibers mixed with solid lubricants.
This product has a low moisture absorption, good chemical resistance, low coefficient
of friction, low wear against different shaft material; the best performance are with soft
shaft material.
Plain and flanged bearings are available as standard. Special shapes and sizes can be
manufactured according to customer’s requirements

MP-G

MP-G is a self lubricated range of bearings made from high performance polymers
which is suitable for its good mechanical characteristics, dimensional stability and low
water absorption. Plain and flanged bearings are available as standard.
Special shapes and sizes can be manufactured according to customer’s requirements

MP-M

MP-M is a thermoplastic material with a wire of fibers mixed with solid lubricants.
This product are developed by their vibration dampening, impact strength and wear
resistant properties. Plain and flanged bearings are available as standard. Special
shapes and sizes can be manufactured according to customer’s requirements

MP-300

MP-300 is a thermoplastic material with a wire of fibers mixed with solid lubricants
dedicated in those applications where traditional self-lubricating cannot guarantee the
necessary resistance to the wear. This product has a good mechanical property and
excellent self-lubricating property. Plain and flanged bearings are available as
standard. Special shapes and sizes can be manufactured according to customer’s
requirements

MP-310

MP-310 is a thermoplastic material with a wire of fibers mixed with solid lubricants.
The product has an optimal wear resistance also with high loads, good dirt resistant
and good resistant to edge loads. Plain and flanged bearings are available as standard.
Special shapes and sizes can be manufactured according to customer’s requirements

MP-320

MP-320 is a thermoplastic material with a wire of fibers. This product is electrically

conductive e it has good chemical resistance and good resistance to high loads. Plain
and flanged bearings are available as standard. Special shapes and sizes can be
manufactured according to customer’s requirements
 MP-330

MP-330 is a thermoplastic without solid lubricants. This product is ideal for use in
direct contact with pharmaceuticals and food. Plain and flanged bearings are available
as standard. Special shapes and sizes can be manufactured according to customer’s
requirements

MP-340

MP-340 is a thermoplastic material with a wire of fibers mixed with solid lubricants.
The product has a good wear resistance, low water absorption and high loads resistant

MP-400

MP-400 is a thermoplastic material with a wire of fibers mixed with solid lubricants.
This product are developed for use underwater, in atmospheres with high humidity

available as standard. Special shapes and sizes can be manufactured according to
customer’s requirements

MP-410

MP-410 is a thermoplastic material with a wire of fibers mixed with solid lubricants.
This product has a good high thermal resistance, wear resistance and are developed for
resistance to high loads static and dynamic Plain and flanged bearings are available as
standard. Special shapes and sizes can be manufactured according to customer’s
requirements

MP-500

MP-500 is a thermoplastic material with a wire of fibers mixed with solid lubricants.
This product has an optimal resistance at high temperature, excellent mechanical
properties, good wear resistance and optimal chemical. Plain and flanged bearings are
available as standard. Special shapes and sizes can be manufactured according to
customer’s requirements
