Who We Are
Circle Glass is a local business of Fairfax, Virginia. They were founded in 1972 and have been
located in the same location for over 40 years. Beginning as a builder supply company, Circle Glass
has transitioned in a full-service glass and mirror company, providing service throughout Northern
Virginia and the Washington DC area. Much pride is taken in the employees, product quality and the
customers that make Circle Glass the successful company that it is.

Jordan McGrady is one of Circle
Glass’s top employees. He is the
son Brad McGrady, the owner of
the company, and has been
working there for over seven years.
When McGrady’s son Jordan is in
the shop, he is responsible for
producing the glass and mirror
products and making sure they are
perfect and up to standard and
exactly what the customer wants.
When he is on the road,
McGrady’s son Jordan is installing
the products and scouting new
clients to keep the business rolling.
McGrady’s son Jordan is a key
aspect within the company and is a
great example for why Circle
Glass is as successful as it is.
The exceptional customer service
does not just end with McGrady’s
son Jordan; It tends to run in the
family. McGrady has another son,
Alex, who has worked at Circle
Glass for now over three years and
he has grown to love interacting

installment job for the Washington
Nationals and got to meet some of
the head authorities. “Being able to
work for a team like the Nationals
was one of the coolest experiences,
especially since they wanted to do
business again,” said McGrady’s
Alex. Being in the glass and mirror
business after joining Circle Glass
has made McGrady’s son Alex
into an outstanding worker with
great people skills, making his
customer service flawless.
While the employees are great
additions to Circle Glass, the
owner, Brad McGrady, is the true
heart of the company and his two
sons follow in his footsteps.
McGrady started as a helper at
Circle Glass when he was just 19
years old and eventually took
ownership in 1993. Throughout his
36 years with the company,
McGrady has made it into his own
and has led it to be a great success.
Without any advertisement, only
word-of-mouth, Circle Glass has
become a $2 million company

McGrady’s love and passion for
the business is what brought Circle
Glass to where it is now. He works
side by side with his employees,
producing and installing his
products, as well as running leads
to find new clients. McGrady
never fails to make long-lasting

the way, and he always threats
them as his top priorities. Chris
Sodergen, owner of Clifton
Contracting, has been a loyal client
of McGrady’s for many years.
Almost immediately, they became
close friends and they continue to

Collaborating with the nonprofit
organization, CRi, Circle Glass is
sponsoring the Embrace 5K & Fun
Run fundraising challenge. While
the race is typically a yearly event,
this year, due to the covid-19
pandemic, the event has been
under McGrady’s ownership.

and the staff “know glass better
than anyone else” and to have “the

on the market,” says McGrady.
Even with the most high-quality
products, McGrady adds, “a

This has been the message he
stressed for all of his employees
over the years because he believes
happy and satisfied customers are
the reason Circle Glass continues
to succeed. McGrady also believes
that beyond customer service,
changed to a virtual donation
challenge only. Beginning now
until the end of June 2021,
donations can be made to the
organization to help support the
children and adults in need.

Arlington Virginia, CRi was
founded in 1975 and is now
located in Chantilly Virginia.

year at Burke Lake Park in Fairfax
Station and is a fundraising event
for the organization’s residents
with disabilities. As one of CRi’s
largest sponsors, contributors and
yearly race participants, “Circle
Glass is donating $1000 a month to
the program,” say Brad McGrady,
owner of Circle Glass, “and we
will continue to do this every
year.” While CRi has many other
services and programs regarding
the youth and other groups, this 5K
race and donation challenge is

special needs organizations, one
being Special Olympics.
 Circle Glass Gives Back To Our Healthcare
Workers!
On the weekend of May 14, Circle Glass teamed up with Circle Auto Repair and
Margin Edge for a volunteer opportunity at the local Inova Fair Oaks Hospital in
Fairfax, Virginia. The two organizations helped Circle Glass prepare and deliver
meals to the ER, the ICU and pediatric ER, and the OR department and support
staff for a total of three days.
The COVID-19 pandemic has been a difficult time for businesses and an even
harder time for hospitals. The hospital staff members work day and night to provide McGrady and his family showing
care for sick individuals, so the Circle Glass owner, Brad McGrady, and his team their support for Inova Hospital
felt the hospital staff deserved something special.
