Ethics is vital to human existence. Having rules that dictates the


difference between right or wrong, just or unjust, and good or bad. Every
decision we made can have a wide influence to the society. It should be
upheld to each and everyone to let this world be better for the living.
Ethics guide us to tell the truth, keep our promises, or help someone in
need. Ethics in education is also important especially as a student
because they assist to run the system smoothly. The ethics set the
standards of what’s acceptable and what’s not, therefore, protecting the
interest of both teachers and students.

Every organization has an ethical code that guides its decision


making and activities to have effective productivity and maintain
reputation. Ethical behavior ensures that the people around work with
honesty and integrity and meets the aim of an organization by adhering
to rules and policies.
