The supply chain of Sana Safinaz starts from the point where the foreign and local suppliers

efficiently provide raw material and come up to the expectations of Sana Safinaz's manufacturer

by delivering material on time. After that manufacturing process is done here in the factory run

by the Sana Safinaz. After manufacturing, products are further checked, if there is any default or

any problem it is corrected on the spot before further problems occur after the order is made.

After this checking, the products are tagged. Their price tags include the product name, product

code, its price, sales tax and final price after addition of sales tax. After this, they pack their

products and the packaged product is transported to the respectable retail outlet or storage for

later distribution and for online stores. Sana Safinaz for its online delivery uses courier service

like TCS etc, so that touch point is the one point that Sana Safinaz does not get to experience.

However, it has a post-purchase division in its online store department which makes sure to get

feedback and provides return policy.

chain is divided into different cycles; Procurement Cycle, Manufacturing and Replenishment

Cycle, and Customer Order Cycle because Sana Safinaz has only four stages. It prepared their

products by different steps which are link together.

 Push and Pull view:

In Push View, Sana Safinaz includes Procurement Cycle, and Manufacturing and

Replenishment Cycle.

In Pull View, Sana Safinaz inludes only Customer Order Cycle.
