USE LEVEL: 0.1 % for color stabilization
0.5 % for general applications

FORMULATION ASPECTS: Incorporation directly into the oil phase. The formula’s pH value
must be set below 6.8 to avoid yellow color shifts.
Avoid quaternary ammonium compounds, chlorhexidine digluconate,
PEG-12 dimethicone as they can cause yellow discoloration.
Consider using a complexing agent like RonaCare® Disodium EDTA
to prevent any complexation of metal ions.

In water-based applications, the addition of a solubilizing agent at

typical concentrations of 0.1-0.5 % may be necessary, e.g.:
- Tween 20 (Merck, INCI: Polysorbate 20) for dissolving Oxynex®
ST Liquid into pure water
- Natragem S140 and S150 (Croda, INCI: Polyglyceryl-4
Laurate/Sebacate, Polyglyceryl-6 Caprylate/Caprate, Aqua) as
EO-free alternatives for incorporating Oxynex® ST Liquid into a
bath product
